She was my trainer back then when I competed in NPC figure shows and I also worked for her on her team as personal trainer. She has always been there for me and has understood my body. She came to me about 6months ago and asked me if I would like to be a park of her supplemental program and I finally said ok send me a sample and of course we all know what I did with that. (never took it). Next thing I know she asked me if I would do this 8-week transformation and I said ok, why not. So here we are today, at first, I wasn't noticing to much but my body dropping inches and gaining muscle and getting my eating cleaned up. Their approach is gentle and not aggressive which makes it much easier to stay on and be part of the program. I started the program at the beginning of the New Year, and we all know how crazy that can be. The supplements were easy to take, and the shakes were not chalky tasting like some are (I had chocolate and vanilla). After a few weeks I found that I didn't crave the sugar or breads and I preferred the cleaner eating. The recipes that Jenny provided were a perfect, it changes up the eating enough to satisfy any cravings I had. As is everyone, I am very busy with work and kids, so workouts were hard to fit in. Jenny's' approach to just move and not kill yourself is perfect, you don't feel guilty if you can’t get in every set or can only set aside a quick 1/2 hour.

What has been your favorite part of this program and would you recommend it to others?

I was in a rut both physically, mentally and I was having a really hard time staying/ falling to sleep. I was at a point where I would not go to the gym because I was so tired and that caused me to become depressed, because I was gaining weight and losing all my muscle. I had enough and I thought "what can I loose?' ever since I stated this program, I have been sleeping so much better and I don't find myself waking up in the middle of the night. For the past 8 weeks I have been eating cleanly, with lots of macro nutrients, and drinking tons of water. I have been exercising 5 days a week, and taking supplements to help all of this along. It has not been easy! I am 59 years old, and have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I was very blessed when Jenny contacted me to join her group. This inspired me to get going and has enabled me to lose 15 pounds and a total of 11 inches! Everything about working with Jenny was straight forward and doable. [show_more more="Show More" less="Show Less" align="center"]When Jenny asked us to try this program we were a bit skeptical. I knew that her meal plans would be on point and so would her workouts but neither of us knew anything about her supplementation. We have worked out for years together and I even trained with Jenny about 6 years ago for a Figure competition that’s why I trusted her enough to at least give this a try even when she said I needed to give up my coffee. Jeremy was skeptical because it sounded like a “woman’s plan” but we love fitness and always like to at least try new things.

My goal was to lose some weight and body fat. I had let the holidays get out of control and my cravings for all thing’s carbs had caused me to gain weight I hadn’t had on in years. I was working out consistently but with no supplements and no restrictions on what I ate.

Jeremy’s goal was just to lose body fat and see what he could get his body to do with the right food. Again, workouts weren’t the issue it was supplementation and what he was eating. Before the program multivitamins, BCAA’s and protein powder were the supplements Jeremy was taking but he had literally tried them all. Seriously we should have had stock in some of these companies!

Day 1 was rough for me! I had one of the worst caffeine headaches ever. I messaged Jenny, got a near immediate reply and she told me how to switch my supplements up to help with my headache. Day 2 I followed her instruction perfectly and no headache. Jeremy never got the first headache! (That’s incredible since we both drank coffee all day long.) I thought it might be a hoax but as the week rolled on no coffee and no headaches. By day 5 we were both full on believers in what we were doing telling anyone who would listen.

We had decided upon starting the program that we would make sure we got our workouts in by going to the gym at 4:30AM. We have 2 teenage children (13 and 14) that were in full swing of basketball season with games and practices literally 6 days a week so in order to workout it had to be early. We also both work. I say that to say this. Never once did I get to a point where I felt like I was going to fall out or that I was so tired I just needed a break. My energy was clean and consistent, and my focus was clear. That is not a brag on me. Before this program, even when I was figure training, I was tired all the time I got workouts in, but the energy was lacking and my focus at everyday things was up and down. Jeremy has been the same way! His workouts have had more energy and focus than ever before and at work he has the energy to deal with running an entire company even after late night ball games and early morning workouts.

We are so thankful that we didn’t let our skepticism keep us from trying this program. We would have missed the opportunity to try these amazing supplements which have been a complete and total game changer for us and a chance to realign our bodies with the food and workouts we need to “run on all cylinders” as Jeremy says. The support we received was second to none. Jenny and her assistant checked in with us all the time just to make sure we were doing well, and it really helped us stay the course. Even when we couldn’t make it to the online meetings everything was sent to us in an easy to follow email and of course if we had questions we just asked and the happily answered.
We would absolutely recommend this program to anyone from someone just getting started to people like us who have been at the fitness game a while and just need a total reboot. In fact, we have recommended it to everyone we know![/show_more]

Especially after my 3rd child and all the complication I had with her. My husband had been having amazing results with Jenny's program and the supplements. So, I was so excited when I had an opportunity to do the program as well. I can say that it took a LONG time to stop detoxing once I started and I felt yucky for several weeks but that just reassured me on how bad I needed it! I can say that I use to get massive headaches weekly, they were horrible! Like I couldn’t sleep them off, medication was all that worked.

Since stating this program, I haven't had a headache in 4 weeks, and I would get them almost every other day! I have more energy and I feel over all better. My body still has a way to go but this program will get me there!

I made most of my progress during the first month although I was feeling uncomfortable while my gut was adjusting to the supplementation. During about week 4 I started to feel a whole lot better and my energy levels have been through the roof! I don't feel jittery or anything - it's not like how you feel on caffeine - I just feel alive and able to get through every day without crashing. It feels SO good! For over a year I have gotten up at 4:30 in the morning to get to the gym before the rest of my day starts. Up until this last month of the challenge I had only been able to do that about three days a week without getting burnt out. Now I can work out 5 mornings each week and still get through my day without being exhausted. I am able to play with my toddler, get my work done, spend time with my other two kiddos’ after school, and have quality family time in the evenings. In this way, this program has impacted my entire family! My progress as far as weight loss has been slower than I'd like but I know it's happening, and I feel great! With Jenny's coaching and all the information, she has taught me on what foods to eat and when, carb-cycling, and intermittent fasting, I feel confident that I can keep this lifestyle up in the long term. It's not a strict diet, it's just a healthier way of living!

I lost 6 pounds but 1 month of the trial I could not do the workouts due to my knee problems and had to go back to just cycling and rowing after taking 2 weeks off due to an injury. I lost 3" in my bust and 2" in my waist.

I liked how easy it was to be able to get off caffeine. I didn't have any caffeine headaches and the transition was shockingly easy. I love Jenny's workouts and support. Her workouts really challenged me, and she is always available to provide support when needed. The workouts are not easy, but they do work!

[show_more more="Show More" less="Show Less" align="center"]First, we were so glad to hear from Jenny in general. What a perfect person to talk to before starting a weight loss/firming up program as a family.

I was in pretty good shape, working out consistently before I had Rotator Cuff Surgery. Once this was completed back in December of 2017, I became depressed and well, basically lazy (I was also diagnosed with arthritis in my right knee). I was not motivated to start working out at 58. My wife and daughter have worked out for years and got me thinking about my long-term goals/health. When Jenny called, I thought the time was right .... I weighed almost 220 (which I have never weighed that much before). I began taking the supplements and working out (slowly, since I was way out of shape). My energy level has very much improved, and my knee pain has gone from an 8 out of 10 to like a 2 out of 10. This has changed my whole outlook. I'm very happy with the way I feel, AND AM SLEEPING SOUNDLY THROUGH THE NIGHT (beside restroom wakeups).

What has been your favorite part of this program and would you recommend it to others?
