I have spent over 2 decades in the health and wellness field learning and succeeding in multiple things such as: personal training and coaching, gym and studio ownership, hosting my own fitness expos, being a fitness radio co-host, self publishing my own macro based meal plan books to serve my clients and others, being a published fitness columnist, being featured in magazines such as Ironman and Flex magazines, being a cover model for local publications, creating online offers and systems to serve clientele from all over the world while creating multiple revenue streams and residual income for my family. I have literally served thousands of clients over the years ranging from the general fitness client, to the elite professional athlete. I’ve implemented numerous corporate wellness programs as well as school programs and speeches to better serve our youth in a society that does not help them understand the full impact of living healthy lives and making healthy choices.
Since a very young age I felt a call on my life to help and serve people. I am committed to being a coach and mentor of excellence and honesty. If you are tired of spinning your wheels, living in overwhelm, feeling stuck whether it be in your personal training business or in your own health journey I am certain I can help you. My philosophies and coaching style revolve around long term and long game results, so if a quick fix is what your looking for I am NOT the coach for you!

What have been your results via weight loss, body fat or inches since completing this 8-week program? I have lost a total of 12.5 inches and 2 percent body fat
What has been your favorite part of this program and would you recommend it to others? Seeing what you can do with your body in just 8 weeks if you stay focused.

First, I have known Jenny for quite some time roughly 12 years. She was my trainer back then when I competed in NPC figure shows and I also worked for her on her team as personal trainer. She has always been there for me and has understood my body. She came to me about 6months ago and asked me if I would like to be a park of her supplemental program and I finally said ok send me a sample and of course we all know what I did with that. (never took it). Next thing I know she asked me if I would do this 8-week transformation and I said ok, why not. So here we are today, at first, I wasn't noticing to much but my body dropping inches and gaining muscle and getting my eating cleaned up. Then about week four I just notice a big jump in energy and my sleep pattern. I have always been an early riser but every day at 4am I'm up ready to start my day with a 3-step nutritional supplement and an awesome work out. Now here I'm going forward and have jumped a board of this program as well as my family and will never look back.

First, I want to say Jenny and her team have been very supportive. Their approach is gentle and not aggressive which makes it much easier to stay on and be part of the program. I started the program at the beginning of the New Year, and we all know how crazy that can be. The supplements were easy to take, and the shakes were not chalky tasting like some are (I had chocolate and vanilla). After a few weeks I found that I didn't crave the sugar or breads and I preferred the cleaner eating. The recipes that Jenny provided were a perfect, it changes up the eating enough to satisfy any cravings I had. As is everyone, I am very busy with work and kids, so workouts were hard to fit in. Jenny's' approach to just move and not kill yourself is perfect, you don't feel guilty if you can’t get in every set or can only set aside a quick 1/2 hour.
What has been your favorite part of this program and would you recommend it to others? My favorite part of the program was how easy it has been to implement into daily life. I would recommend this program to others who are interested in getting healthy and doing it in an easy, low stress way.

What have been your results via weight loss, body fat or inches since completing this 8-week program? Since starting the 8-week program I have lost 7 lbs. and over 9 inches all together.
Share your full story and experience with Jenny and her team as well as this 8-week program- When I started this journey, I had many doubts and I was unsure if something like this could truly help me. I was in a rut both physically, mentally and I was having a really hard time staying/ falling to sleep. I was at a point where I would not go to the gym because I was so tired and that caused me to become depressed, because I was gaining weight and losing all my muscle. I had enough and I thought "what can I loose?' ever since I stated this program, I have been sleeping so much better and I don't find myself waking up in the middle of the night. I have also noticed so many improvements with my mental health and I have been feeling happier than I have felt in a long time. This program truly helped open my eyes and wake me up to what life is truly like.
What has been your favorite part of this program and would you recommend it to others? My favorite part of the program would be the supplements and the help with eating correctly. I love the shakes and I look forward to them every morning when I wake up. I also loved the help with eating better, because I have always loved to eat healthy, but I love having the help and support. I would recommend this program to anyone.
